- “AdSense approval guaranteed”Nobody can guarantee it. Google decides. This sentence is the single most common lie in this market.
- Full payment before any workA fair arrangement is a written scope first, then a part payment, then the rest at handover. Full money upfront to a stranger is how people lose it.
- The domain or hosting bought in the developer’s nameIf the developer owns the domain, they own your audience. Insist that both are in your name from the first day. You can check this yourself on the registrar site.
- Screenshots of earnings as proofAn earnings screenshot proves nothing – they are trivially edited. Ask for a live URL you can open instead.
- A price far below everyone elseUsually it means a nulled theme, no support after delivery, or an approval that breaks in month two. The cheap build is rarely the cheap outcome.

Domain and hosting are bought in your name and paid directly to the provider – roughly 1,500 to 2,500 a year. We do not add a margin on them and we do not resell them.

News portal questions
Who owns the website after it is delivered?
You do, completely. The domain, hosting, WordPress admin and AdSense account are all in your name from the start. We hand over every password at delivery and keep no access unless you ask us to stay on for support.
Can you guarantee AdSense approval?
No, and neither can anyone else – approval is Google’s decision. What we do is build to their policies, handle the application, and if it is rejected, find the reason, fix it and re-apply at no extra charge.
What if I want to leave and use another developer?
Nothing stops you. Everything is standard WordPress on hosting you control. Any competent developer can pick it up. There is no proprietary system and no licence to renew.
Do I have to pay everything upfront?
No. Part when you approve the scope, the rest at handover. If a developer asks for the full amount before starting, be careful.
Can the portal be in Bengali, Hindi or Marathi?
Yes, any Indian language. The admin can also be set to your language so your reporters are comfortable.
How many people can post news on it?
As many as you want. Reporters, editors and admins get separate logins with different permission levels, so a reporter cannot change site settings.
What is the ePaper module exactly?
A section where you upload the day’s edition as pages, and readers browse it like the printed paper. It has its own archive by date.
What happens if the site breaks after six months?
Technical support on our build is free for life. Message us and we fix it. That covers our work – it does not cover damage from a plugin you installed yourself, though we will still tell you what went wrong.
